Refurbishment of vacant industrial unit, including replacement of the existing asbestos roof with a new insulated profiled metal clad roof.  Installation of new insulated profiled cladding and new aluminium windows to all elevations and full refurbishment of the existing offices and warehouse including redecorations, new flooring, lighting and heating systems.
